Common questions
Is this just ChatGPT with a logo?+
No. You get a private account set up for your business, web research, scheduled tasks, website tasks, file handling, device control and a local person to call when you need help.
How much can I use it?+
Basic ($30/mo): 250 messages and 30 images a week, 1 assistant. Medium ($50/mo): 450 messages and 60 images a week, up to 2 assistants. Premium ($60/mo): 600 messages and 100 images a week, up to 3 assistants. Limits are per assistant. The free trial includes 10 messages a day.
What are extra agents?+
A second assistant with its own name and job, for example one for customers and one for dispatch. Medium includes 2 and Premium 3; beyond your plan, $15 CAD/mo each.
Are my files private?+
Yes. Files are stored on our server, never public, and only you (or Vestra support) can open them.
Can I cancel?+
Yes, any time from your account. You pay month to month.
