After the term, Vestra's bill stops. Vestra keeps renewing the domain and the hosting, and you are not billed again for them.
What is included
- The site, on a domain registered in your name.
- The owner dashboard. It is part of the site.
- Requests, a cart, payment on the site, and pay on pickup.
- English and French.
- Hosting during the term, and renewal by Vestra after it.
- You can export your pages, text, and photos. After the term you can move the site.
Changes
A change you make in the owner dashboard is free. A change we make is CA$75. The one-time plan includes three of those.
A missed payment
The site stays up for 30 days. It is not deleted. You can pay the remainder at any time and close the term with no penalty.
The first design
If the first design is not right, we keep working on it until you approve it. The CA$350 start is not refunded.
